'PRARAMBH' Application Launched in Bhubaneswar in Cooperation With KISS & SN Mohanty Foundation

We proudly announce that this afternoon we launched our initiative - Preventive and Restorative Assistance for Rescued Adults and Minors in Bhubaneswar by Commissionerate Police Bhubaneswar cuttack in collaboration with KISS - Kalinga Institute of Social Sciences and S N Mohanty Charitable Trust.


The event was graced by Dr. Achyuta Samanta , Honourable Member of Parliament, Lok Sabha, Kandhamal, Founder of KIIT & KISS, Rahul Bose,  Actor/Director, Youth Icon, Board Member of Rugby India  , Saumendra Priyadarshi, Commissionerate of Police, Smt. Rekha Lohani, IPS, the Additional CP and Dr. Umashankar Das, DCP Bhubaneswar.

The event began with an inaugral speech by the DCP Umashankar Das, followed by Rahul Bose, who spoke about the violation and crimes taking place online and his NGO HEAL - Help Eradicate Abuse through Learning

The launch focused on the importance of sensitising vulnerable groups/communities and organising

• Campaigns and outreach programs to educate the youth and their parents in slum areas,

• Workshops in schools and colleges for effective and responsible use of social media

• Providing counselling, assistance to the victims and their families after rescue

Through this initiative we aim to strengthen the Kidnapping and Missing cells in a more constructive and efficacious manner.
